In-person & Live Stream
Pain is one of the most complex and least understood experiences in human physiology. It is not simply a physical event. It is a conversation between the body, the nervous system, and the lived experience of the person carrying it.
When Pain Speaks is a one-evening symposium bringing together three specialist practitioners — working across strength and conditioning, physiotherapy, and psychotherapy — to examine pain from clinical, somatic, and psychological perspectives. The evening is designed for women who are ready to move beyond symptom management and engage with a more integrated understanding of what their bodies are communicating.
Each practitioner will present their clinical perspective in turn, followed by a panel discussion and open questions. The format is intellectually rigorous, practically grounded, and deeply human.
