I’m Seema Chopra- an Integrative Strength and Conditioning Coach,
Cycle-Aware Training Specialist, and Founder of Active Shakti™.
My work lives at the intersection of science and spirit — blending evidence-based performance with feminine intelligence and rhythm. Through The Synced Method™, I help women reclaim strength as a practice of self-trust: to train smarter, recover deeply, and perform stronger in every phase of life.
This isn’t just coaching- it’s an embodied journey of power, presence, and purpose.

My Journey
For years, I pushed my body to the edge - juggling dance training, backstage work in theatre, and a Master’s degree in Dance Science. On the outside, I looked strong. But beneath the surface, I was navigating burnout, ADHD, and postnatal depression.
Everything changed when I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it. Aligning my training with my cycle transformed not only my energy but my entire approach to performance. My strength returned. My focus stabilised. And I discovered a way to train - and live - that honours my rhythm, builds resilience, and sustains power from within.
My Philosophy
I believe true strength isn’t just built by pushing harder - it’s cultivated through connection.
Connection with your body, your energy, and the quiet intelligence that lives beneath the surface.
Through my coaching, I invite women to reimagine training as a ritual of alignment — where movement becomes mindfulness, strength becomes self-trust, and performance flows from inner balance.

With over 14 years of experience, I bring:
• Strength & Conditioning expertise - specialising in intelligent programming for women’s athletic performance.
• Women’s health insight - advanced training in menstrual, peri- and menopausal physiology, bridging performance with hormonal awareness.
• Somatic awareness - supporting clients to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect to their bodies through mindful movement and touch.
• Lived experience - as a neurodivergent woman navigating motherhood, entrepreneurship, and high performance - from the inside out.
I’m not a physio, osteopath, or healer.
I’m a coach who meets you where you are - integrating the precision of strength science with the intuition of embodied practice to create lasting transformation from within.
