Here training becomes an embodied practice - where you’ll build strength, confidence, and resilience with real-time support tailored to your body, goals, and rhythm.

My garden studio is a calm, private space, welcoming space designed for focus, growth, and connection.

Every 60-minute session is fully dedicated to you, offering:

Immediate feedback and tailored adjustments.

Hands-on guidance to refine your technique.

A restorative environment to explore strength and movement without distraction.

Two Pathways, One Goal

Every woman’s body tells a different story - and every session honours that.
Whether in-person at the Active Shakti Garden Studio or online, your coaching journey adapts to your unique rhythm and needs through two complementary paths:
 
Restorative Strength
For women carrying tension, fatigue, or limited mobility.
Through intuitive movement, gentle mobilisation, and strength work, we restore balance in the body - releasing what feels stuck so you leave feeling lighter, freer, and more grounded in yourself.
 
Technical Strength
For women seeking precision and progression.
We refine your technique, build capacity, and develop confidence in your lifts and movements - combining structure with awareness for clarity, control, and power.
 
Whichever path you choose, the goal is the same:
to help you train smarter, feel stronger, and move with confidence - in body, mind, and life.

 

Depending on your goals and training status, your sessions may include:

 

Breath-work and Nervous System Regulation - restore focus, balance stress, and ground your energy before and after training.

Stretching and Mobility - improve range, fluidity, and body awareness while preventing injury and reducing tension.

Strength and Olympic Lifting - build resilience, precision, and confidence through progressive, purposeful training.

Boxing and Plyometrics - develop speed, agility, and explosive power while enhancing coordination and mental clarity.

 

Every element is tailored to you, whether we’re working together in the Garden Studio or online. Each session is designed to strengthen both body and awareness.

Zoom coaching is available as a standalone or combined with in-person sessions for a hybrid approach that fits your lifestyle.
