Every session you complete with Seema is a deep neurological and physical download. To prevent your body from reverting to old habits, you receive a clinical debrief within 24 hours of your appointment. This ensures your breakthroughs translate perfectly into your daily life and working week.
The 24-Hour Reflection
This is a clinical summary of what your nervous system and tissue communicated during the session. Seema tracks your energy and documents your shifting bracing patterns, noting where your body successfully let go of 'The Invisible Grip' and where it was still over-recruiting tension. It acts as an ongoing bio-feedback log for your physical progress.
Your Body Notes
You receive an individualised, actionable blueprint to use between sessions. This removes all guesswork and includes:
